IGNORANCE OF THE TOS DON'T EXEMPT YOU FROM FOLLOWING IT

- You can't copy, edit, steal, repost, my artwork!
- You may share my arts that you have received only with credit.
- Always credit me if you set my art on your pfp, banner ect.
- You may NOT sell my works for personal use (of any kind).
- If you want to commission me, you must be over 16 years old.
- If you order nsfw commissions, you must provide your ID to verify your age
- Even if I knew your age before, I can ask about it again.
- I have the right to refuse you a commission without giving a reason.

- My water mark must be on the art in the place that I designated!
- You can't remove my watermark from my artworks.
- I only accept only USD (ask for PLN)
- Only accepts PayPal (Blik for Polish custmers).
- I will not begin work on a commission until you have paid in full.
- No refunds.

- I send WIPs at every stage of art making, but you can also ask me for a WIP at any time.
- You can request 3 small changes at the sketch stage, and 1 at the lineart stage
- For larger changes I require an additional charge
- I set the price for the background personally, depending on the detail of the background.
- When ordering a reference sheet, the character must have at least one artwork showing the character entirety, if you give a description of the character, it's considered a custom.
- Password is Oni
- I will charge an additional fee for more detailed character and accessories (armor, clothes, other accessories).
- When ordering artwork you must have a clean (not shaded) reference of your character, for characters without references or with descriptions I will charge an additional fee.
- My working time on an art (TAT) may be from 6 months to 1 year (that depends on my physical and mental health).
- As an artist, I post my works on social media, if you want to remain anonymous, let me know earlier.
- Commissions with deadline will cost extra.
- You can't impose a different drawing style on me.
- Don't rush me! I have my responsibilities and my private life.
